Our package includes full service for your apartment and its tenants.

We maintain our apartment completely, including prompt repairs when necessary and preparing it for your tenants. SHORT TERM RENTALS*
- Monthly property inspections to catch plumbing or electrical problems, infestation, etc.
- Mail Collection
- Arranging a alarm and camera system connected to our phones
- Regular monitoring and payment of utility bills (Water, Electricity, Gas, Arnona and building dues)
- Air-conditioner and heating system monitored
- Advertising the property and showing it to prospective tenant
- Negotiating the best possible terms and drawing up a contract
- Meeting the tenants upon arrival and giving them a tour of the apartment* Collecting the deposit and rent

- Cleaning the residence thoroughly

When going for our Vacation Home Package, your apartment will be monitored constantly-including connecting your alarm system to our phones in case of emergencies.
your mail will be collected and attended to on every visit, your bills will be paid on time, preparing it that when you come your apartment will feel fresh, look looked after and fully stocked and prepared for you to sink into your bed after your long trip.
